چکیده
Background: The present study evaluates the safety and efficacy of intraarticular injections leucocyte poor platelet rich plasma (LP-PRP) in osteoarthritis (OA) knee patients. Patients with early (K-L grading 1 2)-clinically radiologically those who gave consent to participate were injected 2.4 ml per LP-PRP over unilateral or bilateral knees at 0, 1, 2 6 months injections. Methods: 100 patients pain 0.1.2 on OPD basis. was prepared a centrifugation machine 2000 RPM for 4 minutes 10 two consecutive times then into medial suprapatellar approach using 20/21 G needle. This repeated follow-up. Assessment terms relief done basis visual analog score (VAS) clinical outcomes injury outcome scores (KOOS) 2, following injection LP-PRP. Results: mean VAS pre-injection 7.22±0.965 which reduced 3.06±1.223 post-injection follow-up months. KOOS pre 33.4±7.51 increased 78.86±8.80 Conclusions: has emerged as an intriguing therapy option OA, our shown that it is effective after

Pain is the hallmark symptom of OA, but the extent to which structural patholog...
